Changes for version 0.04 - 2013-09-29

Fix read_telescope() it needs $len parameter because '#' does not always indicate end of responce.
changed port data type to raw.

To install NexStarCtl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm NexStarCtl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install NexStarCtl
