Changes for version 0.11 - 2014-01-07

add +_traits_behave_like_roles config attribute which prevents roles from overriding class methods, matching the behavior of regular Moose roles
remove Class::MOP::load_class and use Class::Load due to deprecation warning

To install MooseX::Traits::Pluggable, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooseX::Traits::Pluggable

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooseX::Traits::Pluggable
