  • Remove spurious debugging noise.
  • Added --pod, --no-pod, --compile, --no-compile, --source, --no-source
  • Added -q, -qq and -qqq (experimental)
  • Added tv.log support
  • Removed odd little rare and small optimization that called exec() if there is only one command to run.
