Changes for version 1.29 - 2015-03-04

Fixed bug introduced in 1.26: bytes for local use by ADP centres in section 1 weren't always reset when handling multiple messages.
No longer uses File::Slurp (so all modules required should now be part of a standard Perl distribution).

Perl extension for handling of WMO BUFR files.

To install Geo::BUFR, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Geo::BUFR

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Geo::BUFR
