Add specfetch and SpecFromHashOrModule to divide apps into modules.
Handle defaults anticipating availability of their values but still overriding them.
Add some more doc notes.

Simplify writing (hierarchical) CLI applications

To install App::Easer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::Easer
