Added ALIEN_LIBARCHIVE_DEPS, which is a comma separated list of dependencies that Alien::Libarchive3 will use when doing a share install (gh#12)

Find or install libarchive version 3.x or better

To install Alien::Libarchive3, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::Libarchive3

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::Libarchive3
