Changes for version 0.12 - 2009-11-09

Fix am/pm conversion for the noon hour.
Remove the NetAthlon::RAW::maxWatts variable, check for a zero Speed value instead.
Fix make test to round off test results to 4 significant digits.

Perl extension to parse NetAthlon2 RAW performance data files

To install NetAthlon2::RAW, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm NetAthlon2::RAW

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install NetAthlon2::RAW
