This module is a subclass of Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OSPrereqs. It is a shortcut for doing:
[OSPrereqs / ~^(linux|freebsd|darwin|...)$]
...The list of POSIX-compliant operating systems is retrieved from Perl::osnames.
