Avoid the use of POSIX::round because older perls don't have it yet [cpantesters].

Represent time of day (hh:mm:ss)

To install Date::TimeOfDay, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Date::TimeOfDay

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Date::TimeOfDay
