Added requirement of Mojolicious >= 3.0 which is when the Mojolicious::Command namespace started

Command to list dependencies for a Mojolicious project

To install Mojolicious::Command::listdeps, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mojolicious::Command::listdeps

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mojolicious::Command::listdeps
