gets system time zone, eg: +0200

gets system time difference by NTP server

$1: server, by defaut pool.ntp.org

$2: port, by default 123

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following

perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install

from CPAN

cpan -i Zabbix::Check
