Net-Oping-1.00

Changes for version 1.00 - 2008-01-26

The module has been renamed from `Oping' to `Net::Oping'.
The XS code has been simplyfied and a high-level interface has been created in Perl.

ICMP latency measurement module using the oping library.

To install Net::Oping, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Oping

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Oping
