Refresh PublicSuffix list
Add publicsuffix.org unit tests
Force lower case on ASCII domains
Rewrite suffix parser to both more closely match publicsuffix intentions, as well as reduce needless complexity, also solving a comment on issue #3

Retrieve suffix info from a domain using Domain::PublicSuffix

Parse a domain down to root

Default PublicSuffix data file

To install Domain::PublicSuffix, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Domain::PublicSuffix

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Domain::PublicSuffix
