Changes for version 0.43

moved XML header and footer generation to its own function [wrap()]
added new methods for gathering server health:
- fans()
- power_supplies()
- temperatures()
alphabetized commands in _generate_cmd()

To install Net::ILO, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::ILO

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::ILO
