Changes for version 0.16 - 2016-12-21

Made less likely to crash when no type was in historical data. Added documentation and added 1 test for the convert_to method. Added Jenkinsfile for testing

Module to handle system wide parameters

To install OpusVL::SysParams, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm OpusVL::SysParams

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install OpusVL::SysParams
