Enhanced string-key performance using KEY_TYPE_BSTR and KEY_TYPE_USTR. KEY_TYPE_STR is removed.
Various distribution fixes, documentation, etc.

Similar API to Tree::RB implemented in C

in util/RBGen.pm

To install Tree::RB::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tree::RB::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Tree::RB::XS
