Changes for version 0.24 - 2002-05-27

Accepted patch from Sean O'Rourke
- unhandled types ignored, rather than causing an error
- typenames and identifiers can now include more C++ noise
- operators are correctly recognized (and ignored)
- nested classes are ignored
- non-inline constructor bodies are ignored
