Added in params for Sig version and SHA version, also fixed to use https as well as http

Perl extension to create signatures for AWS requests

To install Net::Amazon::AWSSign, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Amazon::AWSSign

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Amazon::AWSSign
