Changes for version 0.02 - 2008-05-22

Fixed bug that was reported at #34781. ( Text::VisualWidth::UTF8::width("0"); # expected 1, but got 0. )
Fixed other bugs about "0" string also.

To install Text::VisualWidth, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::VisualWidth

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::VisualWidth
