DESCRIPTION
Continuous Database Migration Package to databases in sync with the development of the application to keep.
INSTALL
Installation of Geoffrey is simple:
perl -MCPAN -e 'install Geoffrey'
Thanks to the magic of cpanminus, if you do not have CPAN.pm configured, or just want a quickfire way to get running, the following should work, at least on Unix-like systems:
wget -O - http://cpanmin.us | sudo perl - Geoffrey
(If you don't have root access, omit the 'sudo', and cpanminus will install Geoffrey and prereqs into ~/perl5

Implement sub changelog files
There are two type of changelog files. The main changelog which must be called changelog and the specific file end

changelog.json
...
The sub changelog files are in the same directory as the main changelog file. The difference is that the sub changelog files are defined by postfix.
In the changelog file:
changelogs:
- "01"
- "..."
The sub changelog is:
changelog-01.yml
changelog-....yml

As long the specific converters is it supporting the following actions are possible.

Sql
It is possible to run custom sql statements. WARNING: Execute sql statements can lead very likely to incompatibilities. To run a sql statement add following entry:

sub changelog COMMANDS
Changeset
To create a new changelog project call:
geoffrey -c -dir=/path/to/directory
converter
If a specific converter is missing it is possible to add a new cpan module. By calling:
geoffrey -md --author='Author' -email='mail@cpan.org' -converter=MySQL -dir=/path/to/directory
File
If a specific file reader is missing it is possible to add a new cpan module. The changelog reader expects a hashref for each changeset By calling:
geoffrey -mf -a='Author' -@='mail@cpan.org' -t=XML -dir=/path/to/directory
