Make signature test a RELEASE or AUTHOR test only. The test is skipped otherwise.
Remove Test::Signature from test prereqs. The test will be skipped if Test::Signature is not installed.

Layout a log message as a JSON hash, including MDC data

To install Log::Log4perl::Layout::JSON, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Log4perl::Layout::JSON

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Log4perl::Layout::JSON
