Fixed "panic: memory wrap problem" -- Reverting to slower but safer way to build the binary data

Mappings of NCBI GI's to Taxids fast and with very low memory footprint.

To install Bio::LITE::Taxonomy::NCBI::Gi2taxid, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::LITE::Taxonomy::NCBI::Gi2taxid

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::LITE::Taxonomy::NCBI::Gi2taxid
