Changes for version 0.05 - 2012-07-25

The binary db is now more compacted (3/4s). This means that you have to recreate binary files with this version
The creation of the database is now much more faster.

Mappings of NCBI GIs to Taxids fast and with very low memory footprint.

To install Bio::LITE::Taxonomy::NCBI::Gi2taxid, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::LITE::Taxonomy::NCBI::Gi2taxid

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::LITE::Taxonomy::NCBI::Gi2taxid
