Changes for version 0.16

Fixed a bug that was introduced in 0.15 where the module died if Crypt::Random existed but it was older than 0.34 or modules IT depended on (such as Math::Pari) didn't exist.

To install Net::EasyTCP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::EasyTCP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::EasyTCP
