major performance improvement by simplifying code in _FP_gets to not use fscanf. This might slow things down on platforms with very slow fgetc.

Perl interface to the uulib library (a.k.a. uudeview/uuenview).

To install Convert::UUlib, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Convert::UUlib

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Convert::UUlib
