Net-Z3950-ZOOM-1.23

Changes for version 1.23 - 2008-06-09

Net::Z3950::ZOOM::record_get() now patches around the problem of naughty servers that refuse to return anything for an OPAC record when there is no non-bibliographic part, by falling back on requesting an XML record in such cases.
