many fixes (included vulnerability of DoS)
supports imode's extended EMOJI only with mapped charcters. (convertion among each model is not supported yet)
new implementation; convertion utf8<->ucs2 on XS-mode
can specify PurePerl mode when loading with 'PurePrel' keyword.
