fixed a bug in konto_check-at.c that caused a fail for the smoke tests on S-390-linux* (many thanks to Oliver Paukstadt for help finding the bug)

To install Business::KontoCheck, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Business::KontoCheck

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Business::KontoCheck
