DESCRIPTION
Objects of this class represent colors in the CIE 1976 (L*, u*, v*) color space.
Methods:
- Convert::Color::LUV->new($l, $u, $v)

Construct a color from its components.
- Convert::Color::LUV->new("$l,$u,$v")

Construct a color from a string. The string should contain the three components, separated by commas.
- $luv->L
- $luv->u
- $luv->v

Accessors for the three components of the color.
- $luv->luv

Returns the three components as a list.
