Changes for version 2.03 - 2013-12-10

Retrieves positions along with balances based on the patch from Ryan Clark. <ryan.clark9 at gmail.com>. Positions include stock/bond/etc share count, price, etc. in addition to the overall account balance.
Big code, documentation and repository clean up.
Updates the prereqs for SSL library
