Changes for version 0.37 - 2018-06-15

Fix a few more tests that used backticks to execute a Perl script without `$^X`.
Remove a redundant POD coverage test.

Test Web applications using TAP

To install Test::WWW::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::WWW::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::WWW::Simple
