Last version slowed things down a bit for compatibility's sake. Fixed using a check for C99

XS Levenshtein distance calculation with bounds and costs

To install Text::Levenshtein::Flexible, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::Levenshtein::Flexible

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::Levenshtein::Flexible
