Fixes:
Adding XML::Validate::LibXML as a dep. was not enough. Need to add XML::LibXML directly.

Simple API to Weather Underground Forecast Data

To install Weather::Underground::Forecast, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Weather::Underground::Forecast

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Weather::Underground::Forecast
