Changed to use LWP::UserAgent::Paranoid instead of LWPx::ParanoidAgent because of SSL issues

fetch a remote image into a File::Temp

To install Fetch::Image, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Fetch::Image

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Fetch::Image
