This exception may be thrown on calls to "login" in Finance::Bank::Bankwest (or more specifically, "session" in Finance::Bank::Bankwest::SessionFromLogin) when the Bankwest Online Banking server rejects the Personal Access Number (PAN)/access code combination supplied to it.
