DESCRIPTION

Enables optimization by adding the appropriate flags for the local platform to the CCFLAGS. Should this be part of config/inter/progs.pl ? XXX

To install Ruby, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Ruby

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Ruby
