Fixed namespace support so that you do not have to redeclare namespaces in subspecs

Streaming parse XML data into a result hash based upon a specification hash

in lib/XML/Saxtract.pm

To install XML::Saxtract, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XML::Saxtract

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XML::Saxtract
