Text::CSV wrapper similar to R's read.table and write.table

Tied array with column and row names.

To install Text::CSV::R, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::CSV::R

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::CSV::R
