bug fix for PostGreSQL quoting
bug fix for db_update, used a _quote_field call where we needed a _quote_value call.

To install DBIx::SimplePerl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DBIx::SimplePerl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DBIx::SimplePerl
