Changes for version 0.07 - 2005-02-01

Updated high groups from SSA site
Added 'ignore_bad_combo' for new() to ignore hardwired bad AAAA-GG combos.
Added new tests for above
- Changed a few tests to reflect new valid high groups.
- Updated POD accordingly

Perl extension do SSN Validation

To install SSN::Validate, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm SSN::Validate

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install SSN::Validate
