Fixed POD errors
- Fixed RT bug 97681, setlocale work around for Android systems
- Added Build.PL
- Added tests harness and more tests
- update to newer Perl idioms such as 'our' variables

Module for splitting text into sentences.

To install Lingua::EN::Sentence, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::EN::Sentence

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::EN::Sentence
