Changes for version 1.04

After reviewing CPAN Testers reports, I realized that Makefile.PL should be specifying Unicode::Map as a prereq. Now it does. Hopefully the test script won't die anymore.

A script that recodes a spreadsheet's charset and saves as CSV.

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm KEN/xls2csv-1.04.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install KEN/xls2csv-1.04.tar.gz
