do not include '#' and the following characters in URI in PATH_INFO or QUERY_STRING

a fast, primitive HTTP request parser

in lib/HTTP/Parser/XS/PP.pm

To install HTTP::Parser::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTTP::Parser::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTTP::Parser::XS
