Add new flag to constructor (browser_specific_properties) to allow inclusion of such properties as per patch provided by David Arnaud <arnaud.david@adestra.com>
Fix issue with unclosed file handle as suggested by Mohammad Anwar <manwar@cpan.org>

To install CSS::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CSS::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CSS::Simple
