MANIFEST was missing some entries
Makefile.PL dependency on CSS::Simple updated, ensure README is included in dist file

Library for converting CSS <style> blocks to inline styles.

To install CSS::Inliner, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CSS::Inliner

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CSS::Inliner
