Changes for version 0.02

Change from Algorithm::Diff::diff to Algorithm::Diff::traverse_sequences. Saves a little time and some memory, especially for large sequences.
Added CHANGES file to track changes.

Three-way merge and diff

To install Algorithm::Merge, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Algorithm::Merge

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Algorithm::Merge
