Changes for version 0.11

now considering Build.PL and Makefile.PL when finding distribution root (needed for `./Build disttest` where the t/ folder is not copied)
add srvdir (/srv)

supply autoconf style installation directories

build-time system path configuration

To install Sys::Path, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sys::Path

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sys::Path
