Fixed a mindnumblingly dumb bug whereby merge and dynamic hashes weren't initialized.

To install Mail::Bulkmail, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mail::Bulkmail

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mail::Bulkmail
