Changes for version v1.00

Changed the name from Explode to Carp::Notify. It's more descriptive and I don't create a new namespace. Added notify function (like "warn"). Improved ability to work with multiple packages. Added ability to have globrefs as the log file.

Loudly complain in lots of places when things break badly

To install Carp::Notify, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Carp::Notify

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Carp::Notify
