get rid of MXAH in favor of Native::Trait, also remove auto_deref in favor of Native::Trait handles

in lib/MooseX/Workers/Engine/PreforkPoe.pm

To install MooseX::Workers, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooseX::Workers

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooseX::Workers
